This Privacy Policy explains how Sunrise US Solutions Inc ("Sunrise," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit sunrisesolutionus.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services. We keep it simple because what we collect is simple.
1. What we collect
- Contact form information. When you submit our contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide: name, email address, company, phone number, project type, and your project description.
- Email. If you email us (including at admin@sunrisesolutionus.com), we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes standard server data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the Site securely and defend against attacks.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell ads. The Site does not set cookies for tracking purposes.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a plan, timeline, and quote;
- To perform services you engage us for, and for related invoicing and records;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask to hear from us.
3. What we share — and what we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the Site and routes email to us; processes technical data as our service provider;
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, or to protect our legal rights;
- A successor entity if our business is ever sold or reorganized (your information stays protected under this policy).
4. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client communications for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time (see Section 6).
5. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry information is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the small amount of data we handle.
6. Your choices and rights
Email admin@sunrisesolutionus.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect (listed in Section 1); (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) request correction of inaccurate information; and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any right, email admin@sunrisesolutionus.com; we will verify your request using the email address associated with your information. You may use an authorized agent with written permission.
8. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently on the Site.
